The classic and traditional New Zealand (historically) treated Pine railway sleepers. Versatile and forever popular, these sleepers a well suited for a broad range of outdoor applications with great character for years to come. Ideal for large scale, cost effective coverage and on-going continuity where sought. Often in high demand, but generally available long-term for developments and projects that are installed in stages or preceding existing builds with these sleepers.
Grade: A-Grade (Used).
Top and sides are generally square, with likely hood of chips and minimal cracks being present. Rustic weathering present. Bolt holes may be present.

Treatment: Reasonably heavy (historic) Creosote treated. H5 equivalent.
Durability: Class 2. 10 – 20+ years in ground / 10 – 25+ years exposed.
Particularly cost effective and manageable on site. Highly workable with cutting and fixing etc. Ideal for low integrity installations such as edging, posts and small retaining walls.
